"I had multiple auto policies and my homeowners through this agency. I was very impressed when I first signed up with rates on our auto policies. Then when we purchased a home, my agent explained to me the differences and coverages compared to some of the lower quotes I had gotten for homeowners insurance. Fast-forward five years my rates have done nothing but go up. I recently shopped around. I found comparable coverage on both vehicle vehicles for the price of one of my vehicle policies that I had to this agency. I also was able to find comparable homeowners insurance rates with the same insurance company. When I originally signed up, my homeowners policy had a $1000 deductible, somewhere along the way it changed to a half a percent I do not remember being notified of this change. When I originally signed up, my agent was very open and honest and explained a lot to me about my insurance policies. It is not a surprise that he moved on and opened his own agency. Since that change, I have been less than thrilled with the agent that took over my policies. There were questionable, explanations as to why my policies were so expensive. We purchase an older used vehicle was quoted an absurd amount for that policy. We paid it because we’re loyal and we wanted to stick with the same company. That appears to have been a mistake. That same policy for that one vehicle is more than what we’re paying for both vehicles now. The homeowner policy is in line with market prices to be fair but $1200+ a year in auto premiums is a significant difference. This also wasn’t the lowest rate we found when shopping around for auto but their home was higher than average. If you’ve been here awhile I’d suggest shopping."

Told me she would take my name and if anyone had time they would call. Not professional at all. Might start looking for a new agent."

Every time I call the office I get transferred around from agent to agent, I’ve attempted to resolve this issue in a professional manner, however; their response is making the situation much more difficult."
